Physics · University of Houston Honors College

I'm an undergraduate physics student interested in how we can understand complex physical systems using mathematics, computation, and evidence.

I moved toward physics after exploring computer engineering and computer science. That path left me with a strong interest in building tools alongside studying the underlying science.

I'm exploring potential graduate research directions in astrophysics, particle physics, and quantum computing. Rather than treating them as interchangeable, I'm developing the computational and theoretical foundations needed to make a more informed choice.

How I approach research

I'm drawn to questions that can be made precise enough to test. A useful model should state its assumptions, offer an interpretable prediction, and survive comparisons with data or independent calculations.

Beyond physics

I also build software and write about technology, markets, and broader systems. Those interests remain part of my life, but my academic direction is centered on physics.
