Computational internship experience in a genomics and computational-biology research environment. Project-specific contributions and dates can be provided in a full application CV.
Research interests
Computational astrophysics and astronomical inference; statistical and simulation methods in particle physics; quantum information, numerical quantum dynamics, and scientific machine learning. These are interests, not a claim of equal research experience across all areas.
Selected projects and code
Collaborative scientific ML project. A team project using Kepler Objects of Interest data and machine learning to study exoplanet-candidate classification. The repository documents the pipeline, baselines, and evaluation.
Independent research-tooling project. An arXiv-connected research agent and MCP server for mapping claims against existing literature, checking for counterevidence, and identifying testable questions.
Technical background
Python, scientific data analysis, machine-learning workflows, scientific literature APIs and MCP-based research tools. Additional programming experience with TypeScript and web-based research software.
